I've been writing code since around 2000. First paid software job was in 2006. That's twenty years of production engineering — and the pattern was consistent long before I had a name for it: get inside the client's operational reality, figure out what's actually broken versus what the spec says, build the solution, and hand it off built to run without me.

RealEstateCRM: I spent time in their office watching how agents actually moved leads through the pipeline before writing a line of code. Automator: I mapped four hours of daily manual routine before touching the keyboard. Both have run without a single call to me since 2021. That's the standard I hold every engagement to.

I've also built things that didn't survive — CheckMVP discontinued after proving the model wrong, Chartik left behind after relocation, FutuSho abandoned after six months across four blockchain networks when production-grade infrastructure proved too unreliable to ship. That failure — alongside a decentralized freelance platform and a crypto payroll system that did ship — is where my direct production experience in tokenization and digital asset work comes from. The honest picture across 20 years. The judgment about scope, timelines, and what tends to go wrong comes from there.

I'm currently building Made4 — an operating system for SMM agencies and in-house social media teams. I identified the problem directly working with SMM teams here in Dubai: content scattered across WhatsApp and Google Drive, reports assembled by hand in Excel every week, agencies hitting a ceiling around five clients. I didn't read about this problem. I watched it happen.
