Services
I've been writing production code since around 2000 — first paid job in 2006. In that time I've built more than 30 products: CRMs, marketplaces, automation systems, AI tools, things that worked and things that didn't. Some are still running with no involvement from me. Some were sold. Some I shut down when they stopped making sense. That record is where my judgment about what to build, what to cut, and what tends to go wrong actually comes from.
Each of these three services maps to something I've done directly. I built CheckMVP, an AI product used on 500+ startup ideas, then discontinued it when I realized the model was wrong — which is where I learned where AI actually breaks down in practice. The first MVP I ever shipped had 47 features; users cared about 3. Two I built in 2021 — RealEstateCRM and Automator — are still running years later. And I've been the only technical person at early-stage companies, wearing every hat at once. I know what that costs. That's the context behind all three.
Starts with a 1-2 hour audit to find where AI creates measurable ROI — then builds and deploys end-to-end. No demos that never ship. Three fixed-price tiers from a single capability to enterprise-grade automation.
- AI audit first — find what's worth building before writing code
- Strategy & architecture locked before development starts
- Working prototype on your real data by week 2
- AI Pilot ($5–8K), AI Product ($12–20K), AI Transformation ($25K+)
Three tiers: a Validation Sprint to test demand before committing, a Core MVP to get your first users, a Full Product when the scope justifies it. Milestone-based payments. You own everything from day one.
- Validation Sprint ($500–2K) — landing page, waitlist, product spec
- Core MVP ($5–15K) — working product, 3-5 features, 4-6 weeks
- Full Product ($15–30K) — 6-10 features, integrations, admin panel
- Full ownership: code, hosting, every third-party account
Starts with a full technical audit — codebase, architecture, team, and processes. Then ongoing leadership scaled to your stage. The engagement ends when your team is stronger, not dependent on me.
- Technical audit before any recommendations
- Advisory ($3–5K/mo) — strategy, architecture reviews, async support
- Active CTO ($8–12K/mo) — standups, code reviews, hiring
- Full Engagement ($15–20K/mo) — daily availability, direct team management
